Delivery Options

Delivery can be arranged in the following ways:-

B.M. Delivery Service: B.M. delivers nationwide directly to your store. Our deliveries are planned on a week-to-week basis and we always contact you to book in delivery at least a day before. We would appreciate if you would advise us of any limited waiting times, weight and off loading restrictions at your premises in order that we may make our delivery as trouble free as possible.
Direct Home Delivery: B.M. can deliver direct to your customers' house. This service can be arranged by contacting our office. DHD is a prompt and successful service however we do ask that you always check our current delivery time when placing an order for delivery in this way.
Collection: You are always welcome at B.M. should you wish to collect the goods in person. Our warehouse staff are always happy to assist you in any way they can.
Courier Collection: Although B.M is unable to arrange a 3rd party collection for you we can authorise goods to be released to a nominated party by prior arrangement. In the interests of security we ask that full details of the person collecting the goods be provided prior to the date of collection and that he or she is possession of all paperwork relevant to the order. B.M. does insist that all are required to sign a itemised receipt as products collected by a 3rd party cannot be returned due to the likelihood of damage incurred in transit. B.M. cannot accept responsibility for items signed for as items have not been checked.
