HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS

We would be grateful if all orders placed by telephone could be subsequently confirmed in writing simply to ensure your requirements are met exactly.

Trade prices quoted are subject to V.A.T.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

All orders are supplied on the following basis:-

Proforma Invoice
Payment on delivery
30 days from date of invoice (if applicable)

Payment can be made in the following ways:-

Cash
Cheque/Bankers Draft (if applicable)
Credit/Debit card (subject to charges where applicable)
BACS (our details are available from our accounts department)

All first orders must be paid for proforma or cash (not exceeding £9000).
Payment by cheque and 30 day accounts can only be authorised following provision of a customer detail/credit control form and an acceptable credit check. Should you be unable to make payment in accordance with your terms then we request that we be notified before delivery.
